Using FitFinder

FitFinder is a free fashion recommendation service. By using it, you agree to these terms. We can change them at any time — if anything material changes we'll note it here with an updated date.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitFinder.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you sign in with Google, Google's terms apply to that portion of the authentication. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Recommendations and affiliate links

FitFinder provides style recommendations for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or accuracy of third-party products. Purchases are made directly with retailers — FitFinder is not a party to those transactions.

Uploaded content

If you upload photos (for outfit analysis or virtual try-on), you retain ownership of those images. You grant FitFinder a limited license to process them through our AI systems to generate recommendations. We do not use your photos for advertising or share them publicly.

Do not upload images of other people without their consent.

Your data and personalization

By completing the style quiz or using the site, you grant FitFinder the right to use your stated preferences, interaction data, and purchase signals to personalize recommendations and improve our models. See our Privacy Policy for full details and how to opt out.

Prohibited use

• Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from FitFinder.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer recommendation logic or exploit the system.
• Do not create fake accounts or manipulate affiliate tracking.
• Do not use FitFinder for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

FitFinder is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, recommendation accuracy, or product availability. To the extent permitted by law, FitFinder's liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for a free service, is zero).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
